Foster and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Thomas F. Ackerman will discuss the Company's business outlook at the Lehman Brothers Sixth Annual Healthcare Conference in Miami, Florida on Monday, March 3, 2003, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. Mr. Ackerman will also discuss the Company's business outlook at the Wachovia Securities Ninth Annual Convertible Securities Conference in Miami on Wednesday, March 5, 2003, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time.
