Victoria L. Creamer
Victoria Creamer joined Charles River in January 2019 as Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, and was promoted to Corporate Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer in October 2020. In this role, Ms. Creamer leads the Company’s global Human Resources (HR) organization. She is responsible for providing vision and leadership for the Company’s talent and workforce strategy initiatives. This includes identifying and implementing global HR best practices to enhance Charles River’s culture, support a rewarding and engaging work environment, and meet the Company’s growth objectives.
Ms. Creamer is a seasoned global human resources (HR) professional with more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record for leading dynamic HR organizations. Prior to joining Charles River, she was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for ITT, Inc. Prior to ITT, Ms. Creamer had a distinguished 20+ year career at IBM, in a variety of HR roles, each with increasing responsibility. Her last role at IBM was Vice President, Global Compensation and Recognition.
Throughout Ms. Creamer’s experience in human resources, she has had a strong focus on workforce issues such as resource planning, retention and attrition, compensation, staffing, and employee and customer survey research. Ms. Creamer has also co-authored several papers on the subject of customer satisfaction, purchase intentions, profitability, and employee satisfaction, which have been presented at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology conferences.
Ms. Creamer received a Master of Arts degree in Psychometrics from Fordham University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hartwick College.
