WILMINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2006--Charles River Laboratories International, Inc. (NYSE:CRL) announced today that Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer James C. Foster will present at the Bear Stearns 19th Annual Healthcare Conference in New York on Tuesday, September 12th, at 11:00 a.m. ET.
