– Virtual Investor Day Scheduled on May 27^th –

WILMINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 13, 2021-- Charles River Laboratories International, Inc. (NYSE: CRL) will release first-quarter 2021 financial results on Tuesday, May 4^th, before the market opens. A conference call has been scheduled to discuss this information on Tuesday, May 4^th, at 9:00 a.m. ET.

Charles River will also host a virtual Meeting with Management on Thursday, May 27^th, starting at 8:30 a.m. ET.
